On demand one year after the establishment in fact of the Independent Hungarian Government, the holder hereof shall be entitled 1 Dollar payable at the National Treasury or at either of its Agencies at London or New York, or to exchange the same in sums of 50 Dollars or over for Certificates bearing 4% interest payable in 10 equal annual installments from 1 year after said event.
